Another Delay! Computer issues!

Howdy everyone!

I hate to do this, but I have to put The Palette Zine on hiatus due to my Windows computer having major hard drive issues. I currently don't have the time to research and replace the hard drive with the OS installation and reinstall Windows. This impacts The Palette Zine due to me needing to use Microsoft Publisher, which is a Windows-only application.
